Dr. Amy Cuddy

Dr. Amy Cuddy is a social psychologist, bestselling author, and keynote speaker. Her writing, research, teaching, and speaking focus on presence and performance under stress, the causes and outcomes of feeling powerful vs. powerless, prejudice and stereotyping, nonverbal behavior, the delicate balance of projecting trustworthiness and strength, and most recently, the psychology of bullying, bystanding, and social bravery.

A former professor at Harvard Business School, she has received numerous accolades for both her teaching and research, including the Harvard Excellence in Teaching Award and the Scientific Impact Award for her contributions to understanding intergroup conflict.

DEEPAK CHOPRA MD, FACP, FRCP, is a physician and the leading authority on Integrative Well-Being and Spiritual Intelligence, Founder of Cyberhuman.ai and DeepakChopra.ai. Former world number 4 tennis player, Jelena Dokic embodies resilience and triumph.

Hugh van Cuylenburg

Hugh van Cuylenburg

Hugh van Cuylenburg is the founder of The Resilience Project and a best-selling author, podcaster and speaker dedicated to helping people build mental health and wellbeing through simple, practical strategies. Drawing on his background as a teacher, postgraduate studies in mental health, and life-changing experiences living in a small community in the north of India, Hugh developed a program that has since reached over a million Australians in schools, sports clubs and workplaces.

Hugh has worked closely with elite sporting teams, such as the Australian Cricket Team, Australian Women’s Soccer Team, Queensland State of Origin Team and multiple AFL clubs, helping players and coaches strengthen resilience and wellbeing on and off the field.

Passionate about sharing the power of gratitude, empathy and mindfulness (GEM), Hugh’s work has made him a trusted voice in wellbeing. He co-hosts the popular podcast The Imperfects, speaks with organisations across the country, and continues to inspire individuals and communities to live happier, more resilient lives.
