The InterEdge Summit presented by Lifeline Narrm will explore the vital space where individual wellbeing and organisational responsibility intersect — highlighting how workplaces can foster environments that support mental health, safety, and genuine care.
Set in Melbourne, a city that has become a symbol of resilience following the global pandemic, this two-day national summit is a bold call to action. It will ignite a transformative conversation around mental health, workplace safety, and community care, bringing together thought leaders, industry experts, and people with lived experience.

Why This Summit Matters:
Australia is facing a mental health crisis that can no longer be ignored. In Victoria alone, suicide rates rose by 16% between 2022 and 2023—the highest number ever recorded in the state’s history. Behind these statistics are families, workplaces, and communities deeply impacted. The cost is not only personal, but organisational and societal. Melbourne—one of the hardest-hit cities in the world during the COVID-19 pandemic—has emerged as both a symbol of challenge and of resilience. The experience of isolation, disruption, and strain on mental health services has revealed the urgent need for systemic change. At the same time, the city’s collective strength makes it the right place to host a national conversation about how we respond. The InterEdge Summit presented by Lifeline Narrm is more than an event: it is a national call to action. It invites leaders, organisations, and communities to step forward together and reshape how mental health and psychosocial safety are addressed—at work, in policy, and in daily life.
A Shared Commitment:
Aligned with Lifeline Narrm’s values of compassion, connection, and community, this summit is a pivotal opportunity to:
- Drive a cultural shift where mental wellbeing is prioritised in practice, not just policy.
- Create environments where every individual feels seen, heard, and supported.
- Build a stronger, suicide-free Australia together.
This is not a talk fest. It is a moment for leadership, action, and change. By supporting the InterEdge Summit presented by Lifeline Narrm, sponsors will play a vital role in shaping safer workplaces and stronger communities—for today, and for generations to come.
